1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed. Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the crust. Smooth the top using a spatula, ensuring the filling is evenly spread. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (180°C) and continue baking for an additional 40-50 minutes or until the filling is set. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool completely. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the pie to set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
