Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined. Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C). Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve chilled and enjoy!
