Hot dogs

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Place the hot dog buns on the grill, cut side down. Toast them for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork sausages and cook them until browned and cooked through, around 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, thinly slice the onion and grate the cheddar cheese.
5. Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook until softened and slightly caramelized, around 5 minutes.
7. To assemble the hot dogs, place a cooked pork sausage in each bun and top with the caramelized onions.
8. Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and relish over the sausages and onions.
9. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
10. Serve the hot dogs immediately and enjoy!
