Pesto Pasta

1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a pan, heat the pesto sauce over medium-low heat. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir well to coat it with the pesto sauce. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss to combine. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the tomatoes are slightly softened. Remove from heat and serve the pesto pasta hot. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
