Szechuan Noodles

1. Boil water in a large pot. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions. While the noodles are cooking, heat a pan over medium heat. Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until browned. Crush the Szechuan peppercorns using a mortar and pestle. Add the crushed Szechuan peppercorns to the pan with the ground pork. Stir to evenly distribute the peppercorns. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the pan with the ground pork. Mix everything together until the noodles are coated with the pork and peppercorn mixture. Serve the Szechuan noodles hot and enjoy!
